How much walking is involved?

Walking is truly the best way to explore the city, which means we will be walking throughout the day, though it is an easy walk with lots of stops where we will have a chance to sit down to try the different foods. The tour is also possible for people with disabilities and most of its stops are easily accessible.

 

How can I pay for the tour?

The tour cost can be paid online with a credit card. We won't charge you until the day of the tour, especially if you decide to pay in cash.

 

What is the minimum or maximum group size?

A minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 10 participants, private tours are also available. Children are very welcome to join the tours. There is no charge for children under the age of 5 and there are special discounts for children ages 6-12.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

For a full refund we kindly require a minimum of 24-hours’ notice.

 

Do you run the tours if it rains?

Yes, we do. Please dress appropriately according to the weather forecast.

 

How much food is served on the tour?

Two full meals will be served with multiple smaller bites in between. You can decide how much you would like to try!

 

Are any drinks served on the tour?

Of course, water and other special local drinks are offered during the tour. No alcoholic beverages will be served.

 

Should I tip my tour guide?

It is up to you! It is customary to leave a tip especially if you really enjoyed the culinary tour and the guiding experience.

 

Can I shop on the tour?

You are more than welcome to shop, but you are kindly requested to be mindful about not making other participants wait for you.

 

Are your tours suitable for people who are vegetarian, vegan, kosher, or have other food allergies?

Yes, we will make all efforts to fit the tour to your needs and preferences! Please note that there might be 2-3 stops where we will not be able to accommodate. Please inform us of any specific food preferences or allergies in advance when you register. Unfortunately, our tours are not suitable for people who are Kosher.
